We'll chat to discuss your vision for your online presence — who you want to attract, what you value, how you want your website to feel, and ensure that a template customization is a great fit for your brand. This is when we will determine what custom elements, if any, would be required to create a finished product that makes you excited to show up online.

Gather the Content
You'll provide all the content for your site — brand files, color palette, fonts, images, and copywriting. Don't have a brand in place? No problem! We can work together to create a mini brand, or dive deeper into your brand story with our signature strategic brand identity design. We also have a roster of highly recommended photographers, videographers, and copywriters to really help elevate your online presence.

This is where we get to work! We'll start with the structure of your template, and transform it into something that is uniquely you! Every inch of the site will be distinctly customized so that you end up with a site that not only showcases your brand, but is a powerful, stunning tool for your business.

The base structure and flow of the website is provided with the template and then we tailor it specifically to your brand and business needs Plus, we can add-in a few custom sections based on your needs. What if I don't want to write my own copy?

We typically recommend planning 2-3 weeks for this process, prior to your website week. The time it takes will be dependent upon your unique business. If you need to setup a brand photoshoot, or work with a copywriter, you may need additional time.
During your website week, you should plan to be available for 30-45min per day to review your website proofs and provide feedback. We will also have a 1hr Zoom call on Friday to walk through the final website before launching.
How much time will I need to prepare?

Absolutely! And we can also help you choose. We like to take a look at your content first, before selecting a template that will best fit the unique needs of your business. Plus, we know what customizations we can make and sometimes choose a template that is geared toward a completely different field.
We have templates that you can choose from, or you can purchase from one of our partner template shops. We'll send you links and discount codes, or if there's a specific template you have in mind or already purchased, let us know! Keep in mind - NOT all templates are created equal. Purchasing a "cheap" template that is not setup correctly on the back end will increase the price of your customization.
